Omelet

Grate:
125 ml cheese (cheddar, swiss)

Cook and dice any or all of the following:
Ham
Sausage
Bacon

Dice any of the following you’d like:
Tomatoes
Green onion
Other fresh vegetables

Sauté any of the following you like (plus any others you want to add):
Onions
Bell peppers
Spinach
Mushrooms

In medium bowl, beat until light and frothy:
4-6 eggs

They should change color to be a light yellow.  While you are beating them, add:
15 ml water

In a pan with butter, heated to medium, pour in the eggs.  Cook until they’ve just set and flip over. Layer the cheese, cooked vegetables and cooked meats on top.  Fold in half.  Put fresh vegetables on top.

You can use any combination of meats, and veggies.  Eggs and cheese are the only ingredients consistently included in an omelet.
