Kimchi Chun

Mix together:
250 ml flour
250 ml water
1 egg
2 ml salt
250 ml kimchi, chopped up

Heat a lightly oiled skillet and pour 125 ml of batter on it.  Spread it out so that it’s thin, and cook it until it’s slightly crisp.  Flip it over and cook the other side to slight crispness.  Serve immediately with sauce made of:
100 ml soy sauce
50 ml vinegar
25 ml water
10 ml sesame seeds
5 ml sugar
