Malts

Getting the malt powder is going to be the trick with this recipe – nothing else can really substitute for it.  You can also use malt syrup, if you can find it unhopped, perhaps through a home brewing supply shop.  You may be able to find the Carnation brand Malted Milk powder that we use on the Internet.

Place in blender:
750 ml vanilla ice cream
500 ml milk
100 ml malt powder

Blend at medium speed until smooth.  Serve with a straw and enjoy!
