Slice thin, against the grain:
500 g beef
Stir fry beef in hot oil with:
4 cloves garlic (minced or crushed)
When the beef is brown, add:
225 ml green beans
45 ml oyster sauce
15 ml soy sauce
10 ml sugar
Stir fry beef in hot oil with garlic until brown. Add green beans, and rest of ingredients. Keep adjusting amounts of sauces and sugar until you have the right combination of sweet and salty. Rely more heavily on oyster sauce. When finished, the dish should have some juice with meat. Serve over hot rice, with juice spooned on top of rice.
