Beef with Broccoli

Mix together to make sauce:
60 ml oyster sauce
15 ml soy sauce
5 ml sugar

Cut into bite sized pieces:
500 g broccoli

Steam until it is bright green, but still crunchy.  Heat wok or large frying pan and stir fry until soft and fragrant:
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced

Add:
250 g beef, thinly sliced against grain

Stir until evenly cooked, add broccoli, cook for a minute or two more and add the sauce mixture.  Stir and heat through.  Serve over rice.
